The lecture focuses on the ways of improving your closest environment, either at home or in a workplace. The ideas covered during the lecture include some easy but scientifically proven solutions that may help you find balance in life and be more productive in your future work. You will learn that happiness is a state of mind.
The aim of the lecture is to discuss the “things” that make people happy and have an influence on their wellbeing.
After the lecture you will be able to:
· fix your environment and improve your wellbeing.
· increase the size of your brain responsible for learning, memory and concentration (*after 8 weeks).
· be more effective about setting and achieving new goals.
